My friends and I (a group of 11) had a fabulous time staying at La Bahia 121. It's very spacious, well stocked with almost everything one could need, super comfortable and the rooftop balcony was divine! It's also in a great location with the bay a short walk right out the door and the beach across the street. We have no complaints and would love to stay here again! Thank you Steve for the cookies and the amazing customer service!

This is our first time booking from Surfside Properties. We booked San Deluna 20 for our family of 4. Steve waited for us at the condo as we arrived and the staff also delivered us homemade cookies. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved that we could easily get access to both the gulf and sound side beaches. We could even see the Blue Angel's practice from a distance. If we are going to come back to Pensacola Beach, we sure would book from Surfside Properties again. :)
The condo at South Harbour was very nice and clean. Great view of the sound. We were right across the street from the beach and the boardwalk so we could easily walk to dinner. Having toddlers with us it was nice not having to strap them in the car every time we wanted to go somewhere. My only issue was that the beds were extra firm. The maintenance staff at the building was great about answering questions and suggesting places to eat. We would definitely stay again.
This is my second time to rent a condo thru surfside properties and i would definitely go through them again. The condo was nice and clean and was just like the pictures indicated. They also have a very large selection or properties and are very fair on their rental rates too.
